Calibre Control International Ltd manufacture & supply the C-Cell, an advanced Digital Imaging System to provide a comprehensive quality assessment for bread and baked products. C-Cell is used in baking plants, quality control and development laboratories, to provide detailed product information to help control quality, develop new products and assess ingredient performance.

C-Cell works by providing images of crumb cell distribution.  These are displayed to show the number of cells, cell area and wall thickness and any holes can be identified and quantified in relation to the cell structure.  Cell distribution patterns can also be identified and when displayed the data will reveal cell elongation, circulation and other volume contours.
