Calibre supplies testing solutions but our customers require a reliable support team offering practical experience and detailed application knowledge to maintain product quality control or HACCP food safety principals. Calibre’s technical team are trained in all aspects of the instrument manufacturers we represent.

We offer a Pre Planned Maintenance (PPM) Scheme for most instruments, designed to prolong the life and add value to the equipment. This also enables laboratories to prove that their analyser has been verified as being within specification and meet accreditation schemes.

Some analytical instruments are mechanical (in some cases up to 40 years old), other modern equipment is software driven and requires regular electronic updates. We have staff available to support every aspect of these challenges.

 

 

 

 

 

 

PPM Offer-

• Arrive at a specified time to suit the job and the laboratory
• Update the instrument with reference samples/calibrations
• Replace worn parts and adjust instrument settings
• Provide advice/overview on relevant maintenance & procedures
• Certify the specification of the instrument & provide clear paperwork

In addition we offer

A service or repair call out programme and where appropriate can offer a return to base ‘swap’ scheme for instruments that are mobile or of lower value.

Spare Parts-

• Calibre support the instruments by stocking a large number of spare parts covering the full range of test solutions and their variants. In many cases these may be parts that are no longer in production.
