The Brabender Quadrumat Senior is a large scale mill designed to replicate the milling process by creating laboratory flours in a multi-stage process. The flour samples are extremely close to meeting real world conditions and are virtually the same as commercially produced flours, making the Quadrumat Senior the ideal test mill.
