The Brabender ViscoQuick is used for a wide variety of applications to measure rheological properties as well as assessing the cooling behaviours and gelatinization of various kinds of starch and starch containing products.

 

The ViscoQuick contains a fully integrated temperature control system for high compactness, quick temperature profiles and high measuring accuracy. The ViscoQuick is typically used for quality assurance of incoming goods inspection and in production, as well as development of new recipes and new profiles in application and research laboratories.
