I manage the technical, training and applications support to Calibre's sales team and customers. I'm also involved in executing sales-based feasibility projects on technologies within our existing portfolio, as well as new technologies with potential applications in the UK food industry.

Pets: A cat named Enid

Specialities: Developing and providing practical solutions to quantify and study food components. Rheology and texture, thermal analysis, hydrocolloids, bakery science and cereal biochemistry applications, with an emphasis on ingredient functionality.
